Now Updated: CellPublisher Source Code

The CellPublisher source code has recently been updated and made available on the NIMML website!

CellPublisher is a free, open source program to improve the navigation of biological pathways. It converts CellDesigner diagrams into fully-featured maps that live inside a browser. The navigation is based on the Google maps API.

We have recently branched the original Sourcefore project to integrate the latest JSmol applet software. Users can now view 3D interactive protein models without needing to load Java in their browsers.
