MIEP team attended the 2nd annual meeting of MIB

On December 3rd 2012, Dr. Josep Bassaganya-Riera, the Director of the Center for Modeling Immunity to Enteric Pathogens (MIEP) and Director of the Nutritional Immunology and Molecular Medicine Laboratory (NIMML), together with 4 other members from the MIEP team attended the 2nd annual meeting of Modeling Immunity for Biodefense (MIB). The four centers currently sponsored by NIAID attended and presented the progress they have made during the second year of the MIB program. Each center had 60 minutes for presentation and 20 minutes for discussions. This meeting gave an opportunity for the four centers sharing tools, models, novel discoveries, and general progress.
