Emily is an undergraduate Biological Sciences major with an Animal Science minor.
Research
Emily works with graduate and PhD students, assisting them in running laboratory assays while also learning new lab techniques. Her research interests involve exploring the mechanisms that contribute to the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and immune responses to Enteroaggregative E. coli. After graduation she plans on entering a PhD program to further pursue her interest in autoimmune and infectious diseases.
